From the first line to the keys
We begin with a site survey, geotechnical investigation and design review. The team prepares a stage-by-stage estimate, coordinates the purchasing schedule, constructs the shell, installs building services and completes the final finishes.
Before construction starts, we assess soil bearing capacity, position the house, plan stormwater drainage and confirm utility connection points. This reduces the risk of unexpected costs after the foundation has been poured.

Technical supervision checks concealed works, reinforcement, waterproofing and service routes. The client receives photographic progress records, completion certificates and a clear report on the materials used.
Structural work and installed engineering systems are covered by warranty. At handover we provide as-built drawings, operating guidance and a seasonal maintenance schedule for the home.
